Estimated Attendance/Target Population

1,000 attendees representing industrial, government, academic sectors in the Tri-state region (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) as well as Michigan. In addition, Members of the general public and high school instructors/administrators will be invited to view guest chemical education presenters on Sunday, May 20th.

Space Assignment Procedure

CERMACS 2007 will endeavor to honor space choices as noted on the contract in order of preference(s) indicated. Booth assignments are based in order of the date finalized contracts are received (signed with method of payment) via email/fax/mail to establish exhibitor rank. In the event an exhibitor's preferred space(s) have been assigned previously or in error, CERMACS 2007 reserves the right to assign space as determined by the exhibit chairs.

As set-up is on Sunday May 20th, booth shipments must be made to the Advance Warehouse using the following format:
